Education: Uzbek Republican Pedagogical Institute of the Russian Language and Literature, 1987. Gulsina Murtazina has experience in organizing and conducting training for small and medium businesses in the Republic of Uzbekistan, working in public reception under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan.
She has skills and experience working with vulnerable groups of the population: migrants, drug users. Participated in testing and conducting orientation courses for labour migrants.
